NEW YORK – April 2, 2024 – duong link bong88 Group announced today that Marisa Gadlin has been named Senior Vice President, Head of Core Holdings. Ms. Gadlin, who joined duong link bong88 Group in 2021, is based in the company’s headquarters at 1271 Avenue of the Americas.
In her new role, Ms. Gadlin will lead the company’s strategic initiatives, asset management, leasing and operations for its trophy New York office portfolio, which totals approximately six million square feet in Midtown Manhattan. The portfolio includes 1221 and 1271 Avenue of the Americas, two of the five buildings built in the modern expansion of duong link bong88 Center to the west side of Sixth Avenue from 1959 through 2001, as well the property management of 745 Seventh Avenue where duong link bong88 owns the land subject to a long-term ground lease. In her previous role, she led asset and facilities management for the Core Holdings portfolio.

The company expects several office floors to become available for lease beginning in 2025, which it has started marketing through Cushman & Wakefield.

Prior to joining duong link bong88 Group, Ms. Gadlin was Vice President, Asset Management, for Paramount Group, responsible for the asset management of nine buildings in New York City and San Francisco totaling more than nine million square feet. Ms. Gadlin joined Paramount Group in their acquisitions department in 2006 and held various positions of increasing authority before transitioning to asset management in 2017. In 2014, she was involved in the coordination and organization of internal processes for the largest ever REIT IPO for Paramount Group, which raised upwards of .7 billion.
From 2004 to 2006, Ms. Gadlin worked for Tishman Speyer, a global investment management firm specializing in commercial real estate. Previously, she was an analyst at Rothschild in the mergers and acquisitions duong link bong88.
